SECURE PAYMENTS
All payments made through CINCO are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
CINCO does not have access to customers’ full card details. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify and/or the selected payment provider using encrypted connections.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, security controls and authorization procedures of the selected payment provider.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
For most payment methods, payment is authorized and/or charged when the order is placed, according to the selected payment provider.
The payment timing applicable to your order will be shown at checkout. For pre-order or on-demand products, payment may be authorized or collected when the order is placed or at a later stage, depending on the product and payment provider.
Any payment schedule offered by Klarna or another payment provider is governed by that provider’s applicable terms.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
A payment may be declined because of security checks, incorrect information, insufficient funds, spending limits or authorization requirements.
If declined: check your billing information, try again, try another available method, contact your bank or payment provider, or contact CINCO Customer Care if the issue continues.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes. CINCO uses secure third-party payment providers and does not store full card information. Payment details are handled through secure encrypted payment systems.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Where available, Klarna may offer instalment or deferred-payment options. Availability, eligibility, payment schedule and approval are determined by Klarna and may vary by country, customer information and order value. Options available to you will be displayed at checkout.
CAN I COMBINE PAYMENT METHODS?
Unless a specific option is presented at checkout, one payment method must generally be used per order. Gift cards, store credit or other CINCO credit may be combined only where checkout permits it.
PRICES, PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP
The applicable product price, VAT or other taxes, shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be shown before you place your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into the purchase. Where required by local law, customers under 18 should place an order with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
We accept major international credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
PAYPAL
Pay securely with PayPal. You may be able to pay by card through PayPal even without a PayPal account, depending on availability in your country.
KLARNA
Klarna allows eligible customers to pay using available instalment or deferred-payment options.
MORE WAYS TO PAY
APPLE PAY
Apple Pay is available where supported by the customer’s device, browser and market.
MB WAY
MB WAY is available for eligible customers in Portugal.
MULTIBANCO
Multibanco payment may be available for customers in Portugal.
HAVING TROUBLE PAYING?
PAYMENT PROBLEMS
If your bank shows a pending authorization, check with your bank or payment provider before trying again.
Try:
- Check your card and billing information.
- Refresh or restart your browser.
- Try another browser or device.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies if needed.
- Try another available payment method.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- If the problem continues, contact CINCO Customer Care.
Do not repeatedly submit the same payment if this may create duplicate authorizations.
